We were experiencing an issue with  sending out Usage Statements or Recommendation emails to members.  No other services are affected. We can now confirm that this issue has been resolved and that usage statements are being sent to members as normal.

17:30 - 29th May 2019

 

Hi folks,

 

I'm afraid that since the 10th of May we have been experiencing an issue that has affected our ability to send out Usage Statements and Recommendations for goodybags.  This remains ongoing.  Reminders of goodybag expiry date are not affected and are still being sent out but this information is still available on your dashboard.  Calls, Texts and Data and the Website are not affected by this issue. 

 

Sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused to anyone by this and thank you for bearing with us while we work this out.

Need to clarify that this issue is only applicable to members that use goodybag and to the ones that use credit.

The usage changements for those that used credit on a given month are being produced and delivered, I believe.
