im having issues receiving and sending sms messages.

ive restarted my phone.

isnt the planned maintenance over?

 

is giffgaff going to compensate us for no sms service ?

Hi all,

 

After going a bit back and forth with this one I'm happy to let you know the maintenance is successfully finished. You should now be able to receive your giffgaff mobile / giffgaff money emails and texts as per usual.

I have just tried to top up with a voucher and it hasn't loaded on I've tried to re-enter the voucher code and it said that it has already been used. How will I get my top up.
