Last year’s LG G2 was a great all-round experience, although we weren’t too sold on the cheap-looking plastic design. Thankfully the LG G3 doesn’t just improve on specs, it also looks much nicer. It’s still plastic, but the faux-metal look is sleek and shiny, and the phone is tough enough to survive a tumble.

The Android operating system is filled with all kinds of hidden features and capabilities that new or inexperienced users may be completely unaware of. I’ve been an avid Android owner for a long time, and whilst I can see why people enjoy iOS, Windows Phone, or any other mobile or smart device, I personally enjoy Android the most.

 

The reason for my love of Android is because I’m always able to tweak it, change it and make it a larger, more convenient part of my day-to-day activities. Today I’d like to start a series of posts that looks at the things Android devices can do that you may not be aware of after moving ship from another mobile operating system.

 

I’ll start of by looking at a few easy to download utilities and applications that are exclusive to the Android operating system.
