giffgaff pop-up shop launches today

former giff-staffer

Hey folks,

The day you’ve all been waiting has finally arrived as today we’re launching our pop up shop.  For one week only you will be able to exchange points you have earned for giffgaff branded items. Smiley Happy

We hope that you like the items that we have sourced; we have tried to take on board suggestions that you have given in the past, and added some of our own choices. We’re aware that these may not be suitable for everyone but we’re hoping you’ll fancy something.

Click here to visit our shop

So without further ado the items are:

  • giffgaff branded hoodie
  • giffgaff branded mini speakers
  • giffgaff branded travel mug
  • giffgaff branded iPhone cover
  • giffgaff branded soft shell jacket
  • Nokia 1616 handset
  • £10 Amazon voucher

To give all members a chance to order an item we are only allowing one item per person initially. We will open this up later in week, subject to stock availability.

For more information please visit Rachels post, and remember

1)      Only one product per person

2)      You may only order, if you have enough points, we will not take any card payments

3)      Delivery on all items is free Smiley Happy

Any questions relating to the shop please email

We would love to hear your feedback so please fill in this survey once you have taken a look or placed an order.

Happy shopping Smiley Happy

Probably a duplicate question but anyhow - can anyone advise if the options offer value for money or are we just being invited to be free advertising for giffgaff ? Smiley Wink

Has anyone noticed GIFGAFF like take your money but do not provide any back up if anything goes wrong and these so called agents are as much use as a chocolate fire guard Why don't they have direct phone numbers for us the people to call and get a response.

As in a call centre with a free phone like 0800 and maybe at least 100 staff ready to take our calls and when they get it wrong

give us 2 month free call's.

Is the nokia sim free or locked to o2? £18 isnt bad if its sim free. You can get it for £15 but you normally have to top up so good price if sim free. Jacket is a bit over priced, for £30 you could get a decent branded jacket in a sale or buy one get one free in jjb if it hasnt closed near you, although if giffgaff went bust then the jacket would be worth something 1 day :-)
@Norman16 the ceo thinks people losing their credit is things running smoothly(his words from a thread after the outage last month) with people like that running the show then recieving a decent service for a few days is a bonus. Im still awaiting a response from him from weeks ago asking for telefonicas ceos address to complain to. I just gave up and will port out after payback

wow this is a brilliant idea Smiley Happy

Unfortunately I don't have enough points for anything but I think the shop looks like a fab idea Smiley Happy

I love this new idea! I think it's such a good way to get people to use their points and a motivation to actually get points Smiley Happy

how do you find out how many points you have and how do you get points Smiley Happy

Great idea. Like the £10 Amazon gift voucher! Smiley Happy

@cherrycoke1983 to make sure that it's fair to everyone Smiley Happy
