The normal price of calls is 8p a minute and a text is normally 4p each

so going by that if you just used your credit for making calls your £10 credit would buy you 500 minutes!

if you pay £5 then use the £10 credit to make 500 minute calls at 2p a min, you spent £15 altogether which works out at 3p a min, 50% more than what is advertised. It's never actually 2p a min.

The Labs goodybag reduces the cost of calls to 2p a minute and the cost of a text to 1p each!

The £5 you just spent will just make your calls and texts cheaper
This will come out of your ten pound credit

hi as a low user why cant you just buy a £5 lab goody bag without actually buying further £10  credit to be able to use it.
