Hi @7y1jx8 sorry but giffgaff have so far resisted the idea of a making the minimum topup £5. However you should search labs https://labs.giffgaff.com/ for one of the many ideas which is similar to yours and lend it your support. If it gets enough support giffgaff might look into it.

Like Giffgaff most networks have a minimum of £10 top up. This is a question which has been asked frequently.

If buying a £5 goody bag then a tenner will last you two months - not such a bad deal.

But as others have said - this is not something that giffgaff are interested in.

Commission has to be paid on each voucher purchased and then there is the cost of processing said voucher.

So it is really all down to economics.

If you’re going to buy a £5 Goodybag then you can just buy that from your registered card and not too up.

The fees involved with a debit card transaction is quite large , so for giffgaff I can imagine its not financially viable to offer this
