This is all the cost of yesterday's outage cost the average gaffer on a £20 goody bag or 83p for the £25 (based of a 28 or 30 day month ) .....so all those asking for compo please forward your pittance requests to Eriksson 😅...it's their toys that broke.

Nice one @gizzblue

I wonder how many bosses would claim compo from there workers when there off sick and having to get a temp in to do there work while there getting sick pay.

That's just another beautyof the goodybag @allan1954 ...what any sane person would be doing on giffgaff without a goodybag when there are lots of better offers out there is beyond me .... £1-50 must be nothing to them if they can throw money around on giffgaff pay n go mins and texts without a goodybag 😅😅

depends how you measure it.

someone you needed data that day might have had to go to starbucks to use their wifi for example. in that case the cost would be the cost of the moment spent at starbucks.

Some people are light users, and PAYG suits them. It's not their fault they were being charged 20p a text instead of 5p.

I did lose credit through texting, but not as much as i initially thought, so i won't bother claiming a refund. I can understand those that need to though.

Well o2 contract customers are getting 2 days refund ... that would be 32p to £1.66 for a goody bag user here ... if they offer us the same, they can keep my 32p cos really there is more to life eh... stick it in the charity box Smiley Wink

However I think those payg users charged for multiple texts should be refunded ... they are the ones who have lost money rather than service

I'll take the 71p offered and subtract 66p from it before taking what's left over, please! :-)
I got caught out by the multiple text problem on my secondary SIM, but pulled the battery after the second text went off so I only got charged 10p for a 5p text, rather than the 20p+ others appear to have. :-)

Although if it's at all possible, could I please have that 5p back in Euro converted at August 2015 rates? :-p ;-)
