Sounds like a good idea, but it's not my job anymore! Smiley Very Happy

Edit: @stephenmiller  Ok, I partly jest. it's actually a great idea and I've spoken with Jeremy and he's grabbed some quick HTML to add to the end of posts pointing to it. Sounds like it would be a great first project for KB editors to start putting them in articles. I've also added it into the KB Template Article.

Thanks, I was thinking that you might say that it was my job or something Smiley Very Happy

I have more ideas if you want them? I'm getting a Blackberry Z10 on the road tomorrow and checked the KB. Something I thought was a more traditional frequently asked questions bit either at the end of articles or as a standalone using the best answer template along the lines of:

Symptom

My Blackberry says insert MEP code

Diagnosis

Your device is locked to another network

Best answer

Either seek out a reputable unlocker from the Unlockpedia or try from one of our members here

Questions and answers can be sourced from the approved helpers. I don't think any articles use that template but sounds like a good use for it maybe?
