The above link from the BBC is interesesting. I hope O2 also compensates GiffGaff and thier customers too as a result of this. One would like to think so.

Interesting to see that Tesco mobile are being more generous than O2 by giving all customers a 2gb data bundle in January,
giffgaffs payback enough for me i won't be claiming.
They be took on board the problems sorted it out for us every network you'll be with has problems at some point
