This also reflects the new approach; a development team will no longer just be comprised of developers, it will also include product designers, community team members, data analysts, etc. - anybody who can contribute to identifying and building stuff that you all want as quickly as possible.

Hey folks, for those of you who are interested in taking part on the forum, there are a few questions in Contribute that have been asked so far. The team are looking for your first reactions and early thoughts just as much as in-depth discussion, so please feel free to post your own experience no matter how experienced you are 
Just look for the threads with 'workshop' in the title in the Contribute forum. So far, we have:
Are there people looking to join on a short-term basis, and what might stop them?
Can you remember the last time you ran low on data?
What would you use first to get help from giffgaff?
Use of email address to login to giffgaff account
Do you know about Credit Score?

Hi all, a quick update from me also.
We're thrilled with the responses and feedback from our POs across the business from those of you who signed up. They have found all of your phone calls very helpful and insightful. As the window for making these calls has closed I've removed the form from the thread.
On a second note, some teams have asked for us to ask some quick polls. We're posting them over in the facebook giffgaff pioneers group. It will be great to get your feedback there as well.
