, but the texts are all to pot and sending 4 times instead of once.
So far i've sent 10 short texts today that all went through 4 times, that's 20p per text instead of 5p. 15p overcharge on 10 texts is £1.50, maybe not much but it's credit that i've paid for.
So no, i don't want, or expect, compensation, but i do expect my credit back.
I have no doubt that when everything has settled back down to normal , you'll be able to raise a case with the agents and get that credit back.
