I applied yesterday to transfer from an account I am leaving to deactivated and credit was transferred this morning. I found the Agent wanted more information about both accounts than you quoted. I sometimes think that my praise for Giffgaff as a "concept" might look like brown nosing. However I do mean it most sincerely! My experiences over the last 40 years of dealing with telcom companies have just been an expensive and frustrating one. I was delighted to find one with a "human factor". It's almost fun paying the bill, I cannot believe I would ever say that regarding a telcom company. The "comminity" aspect is something that should be adopted by the government. Not joking.
