As you can choose a different goodybag each month there is no need for data rollover, if you find yourself with unused data at the end of a goodybag just buy a smaller one next time (and vice versa). Also you can start your next, possibly larger, goodybag early if you do run out of data mid way, so again no need to be able to hang on to unused data.

How many of those other networks allow you to rollover your data and buy a different (smaller/larger) plan/bundle/package at the same time?
How many of them allow you to rollover your data without buying anotherplan/bundle/package at the same time?
