I've just noticed that logging into the exact agent form,

This for instance

https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Phones/Place-or-remove-an-IMEI-bar/form/

Redirects to the main agent form

Http://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask

But if you're already logged in and THEN click the direct category, it does go to the correct page,

So it's something to take into account when advising,

Perhaps ask them to log in first

Http://giffgaff.com/dashboard

Before they click the agent link

Alternatively

Put the redirect log in prefix

https://giffgaff.com/auth/login?redirect=

Before the link , like so

https://giffgaff.com/auth/login?redirect=https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Phones/Place-or-remov...

 My experience is different from the OP's using android mobile mode.

Whilst already logged in and using the regular link;

https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Phones/Place-or-remove-an-IMEI-bar/form/

I was redirected to the login page and then, not to the form but to the form menu.

The 2nd link;

http://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask%C2%A0

weirdly took me to;

"404 Page Not Found" whether logged in or not?

I accept that I may have been directed to login, having been logged in for 30 minutes or so, that's a good thing, right!

Trying again after freshly being logged in I go directly to the form, while the 2nd link still takes me to 404 not found.

Edit: playing around a bit changing http to HTTPS gives

https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask

Was your experience @sloz using the giffgaff App?

Just checked all links @sloz, every link working perfectly except second one if "H" is replaced with

Http://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask

replaced with "h" http://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask

@chand311
Im now seeing errors when clicking any agent links with the giffgaff app (Samsung s6)
They connect ok with browsers,

@jaymailsays
Yes, depending how long you've been logged in for it'll either take you to a log in page or go to the exact agent category
