Hi again! I'm Daniele,  working on improving our Credit Report service, and I'm hoping I could trouble you for a few minutes to help us out.


I'd love if you could take the time to check out a survey for me about our Credit Report service and tell us your habits. All I ask is that you answer all the questions honestly, as the survey results here will help us improve that service for every member and we want to make sure we're getting it right.

I did your survey @daniele_i , at the end is it supposed to take you to the dashboard, because that's what it did when i clicked 'continue' on the second page.

At the end of a survey i usually see a 'thanks for taking the survey' sort of message, not 'your balance is x amount, buy your next goodybag'.

Hi, first of all thank you for completing the survey.
After you complete it, it should show you the "Thank you" message and then take you to, I'll check the survey again to correct any problem.

My pleasure @daniele_i , i think it's a little glitch. It's just missing out the 'thank you' page and going directly to the dashboard.

I know about it and refuse to use it.

I have no idea how much of the provided information is accessible to giffgaff staff members and so I choose to go direct to the credit agencies themselves.

Same for all third parties.
