Don't buy phones from Giffgaff - well maybe

Just sharing my experience - ordered a phone, but it didn't turn up.


As no call center or easy contact it is very hard to get a response, I am still waiting for an agent response after 48 hours. GiffGaff uses the cheapest and worst delivery service - so they cannot tell me where the phone is (they reported it signed for on a day I was at work).


There is not even a link to use for delivery problems. I will try to claim my money back for non delivery of goods - but need someone to contact.


Basically, I would avoid buying from Giffgaff again and advise other to do the same.

Here is a link for replies from agents which can take upto 24hrs although usually quicker cheers hope you get sorted soon

Things do go wrong unfortunately from time to time. Very very frustrating for you, but they will contact you and make it right.

someone in your home signed for it then, they wouldt let no one in the street sign for it, as long as your front door opens and the driver can see this he will ask for a sigiture.
ask the agents to block that phone and sim then its no use to no one.

giffgaff use UK mail which is actually a very reliable company.
Ive recently bought a Samsung S5 from giffgaff and had no problems at all, and my new phone was delivered the very next day.
Unfortunately only a giffgaff agent can help you further.
This is the first time ive come accross an issue like yours,so all I can really say is thanks for being really patient.

an agent should reply within 24hrs ..if u keep mesaging em it will delay the 24hrs i think ..could u not of tracked ur fone//order ..did a neighbours sign for it

Contacted UKMail, UKMail said it was signed for but been given no other details, so no idea who signed for it.

I raised an issue with an agent on Thursday, but still waiting for a reply of some sort - even a polite "looking into it" would be nice.

If someone is holding is holding it for me they have had it for 5 days now!
