Just sharing my experience - ordered a phone, but it didn't turn up.
As no call center or easy contact it is very hard to get a response, I am still waiting for an agent response after 48 hours. GiffGaff uses the cheapest and worst delivery service - so they cannot tell me where the phone is (they reported it signed for on a day I was at work).
There is not even a link to use for delivery problems. I will try to claim my money back for non delivery of goods - but need someone to contact.
Basically, I would avoid buying from Giffgaff again and advise other to do the same.

Contacted UKMail, UKMail said it was signed for but been given no other details, so no idea who signed for it.
I raised an issue with an agent on Thursday, but still waiting for a reply of some sort - even a polite "looking into it" would be nice.
If someone is holding is holding it for me they have had it for 5 days now!
