Giffgaff is a systematic fraudulent arrangement by smart rogues, how does one describe a system that just swallowed your money just because (according) to their agent " I did not enter my voucher pin in the right giffgaff bag?" THE AGENT CATEGORICALLY TOLD ME THAT MY MONEY IS GONE!!
I am going to spread this information as far as I can.

You have purchased a goodybag, you have got what you have paid for, they aren't swallowing your money. It is not giffgaffs fault if you purchased the wrong one Smiley Indifferent

don't we live in delightful times, where such a thing as personal responsibility for actions is a rarity. Star888, you might want to actually read things before using them and, if you have been confused, ask for help politely and with admission of ignorance and/or confusion. Friendly goes a long way.

This is for star888. the network is very good. its not their fault you dont know how to add the goodybag properly. its not rocket science. do you remember pressing the button saying ( exchange airtime to goodybag)?
