Just for the email and went through it ,,,, always good to give you an idea of what Giffgaff are thinking , it seems data speed and overall Giffgaff branding seems to be the order of discussion ..... Anyone else done it yet and what you think there trying to sort out ??
I too completed the survey however I have little confidence that our views as customers play much part in giffgaffs actual decision making. Giffgaff are great at asking for our views but rarely it seems are our views implemented. Call me a cynic but I think that it's just more PR hogwash! 'smoke and mirrors' & maybe even 'bait and switch'
