Hi all,

Thanks for flagging - we picked this up earlier this week upon seeing it on Twitter ourselves.

Small glitch in the reference data for the new £25 goodybag - madethe wrong accompanying commentary text (Save yourself a few bob) to appear.

The recommendation was still correct though.
Thanks again for flagging.

In that case the entire explanatory text is incorrect as it starts "looks like you'll have some of your allowance left" and then recommends a goodybag with a bigger allowance.

Hi,

Yeah that's what I was trying to say - the fact a £25 goodybag (a bigger goodybag) is the recommendation - should have trigger a different set of text. The reference data behind it was incorrect and thus the logic thought it was a smaller goodybag - triggered the text shown which is for when you are recommended a smaller goodybag.

That's a real gem, one of the best things twitter does is these unintended c ockups.
Was that a machine or human I wonder?

@richardf_ out of interest,if the member concerned had been using less than 20GB of always on data with the old £20.00 goodybag, which of the new range would (or should) the system recommend them to buy?

Hi, if using less than 20GB but more than 8GB (£15 goodybag allowance) then we'd recommend the new £20 20GB goodybag.

Falling under 8GB but over 4GB - then £15

under 4GB but over 3GB - then £12 and so on.
