Hope it's fixed for Xmas day

I've just logged in with intention of spending a few minutes in the help and support forum. Jeez it is painful!!!!  Every time I try to post an answer it delays and eventually comes up with the " post flooding "  Now I know this isn't unusual but at the moment it's atrocious , so bad that I really can't be bothered to stay and help. I might add I'm having no problems with other forums. Now come Xmas day there will be many people wanting help in setting up the phones they have purchased as presents. Not a good advert for giffgaff if others like myself are unable to help. Fix it please giffgaff. Help and support is possibly the most important section on the forum and will be needed by the newbies

Good Morning,
I am having the same problem, taking 20 to 30 seconds to award a Kudos.
As to replying to a Post forget it will not post at all.
Hope this a temporary glitch, as you say will be a disaster if it carries on over Christmas.
Are you using the App?

Hmm, responding to posts is taking a bit longer but not unbearably so!? Smiley Surprised

 

UPDATE: so it seems to be sometimes very slow and sometimes just slow to respond to posts. Smiley Sad

@endorphin For me it unusable, as @4128334 has mentioned, it's at least 30-40 seconds to go through that's IF it does at all

same her post flooding takes ages when click post a reply also some members replies are taking around 30 minutes to show on the forum.

Good Afternoon,
I am using the App on my mobile phone.
There seems to an improvement over the last couple of hours, can now post with just a short delay.
Hope they get all the fault's sorted on the new Vanilla platform.
I am still getting Page jumping even when I am in middle of composing a Post,asking me to log in when I am already logged in.
Oh we'll just have to wait and see.

It’s terrible today get post flooding and it’s doing duplicating reply on odd one 

 

safari browser unusable , chrome is bearable in between constant logout
