Incorrect July usage statement

So I've just had  my usage statement through from giffgaff for July. It's wrong again.

I don't have a goodybag active at the moment and I've used no credit but giffgaff have sent me through a recomendation for the £5 goodybag.

A user who only sent 1 text has been recommended to buy a £5 goodybag! Smiley Frustrated

This obviously needs correcting as otherwise it looks like blatant misselling!

I do use it how I want. My point is that it should be correct if it's getting sent out.

Perhaps they are assuming you will be going on holiday (abroad, and in Europe). Your usage pattern might change completely, and the £5 goodybag would entitle you to discount roaming rates although the goodybag contents wouldn't be touched at all.

Yes, your're right - it's a bug. Giffgaff can't even get the dates right for maintenance the same evening, let alone predict the future...
