At present, the giffgaff website states LG offer a 12 month warranty on their phones https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Using-giffgaff/giffgaff-Handset-Warranties/ta-p/19936387

LG actually offer a 24 month warranty https://www.lg.com/uk/support/warranty

Can the website be ammended, so the correct information is given to buyers.

Thanks

Tim

Can’t see where it says 24months @timwilliams25 ? Link says it’s dependent on retailer in this instance unless am mistaken and giffgaff has set it to 12 months. I have always though it was 12 months.

@persco

Not sure what browser you were using, as you missed the information shown when I view the LG wesbite - see my screen grab below:  Clearly states 24 month parts and labour warranty on Mobile Phones

@timwilliams25 Strange how the website is rendering two different results on different devices. One I posted was through safari on an iPhone and on my MacBook through safari it’s got yours.

I dont understand though why they would put 24months there and still add a note that it depends on the retailer. It’s one or the other I would imagine. Hope this is clarified as I bought my niece an LG from giffgaff and it’s just gone over 13months so would be good if it was 24months.

@timwilliams25 lg themselves must have changed the warranty length.ive had a few and it was 12 months only 2 years ago.

a year before that the help and support from them was great when my daughters lg3 stopped working.she got a brand new phone.it was seemingly a manufacturing fault
