Ive been thinking maybe it would be a good idea to get a live chat system for the site for the people who are having troubles with various issues things would resolved a lot quicker what do you guys think?
Whilst live chat is a good idea, has a proven track record of being helpful and what not...i wouldn't necessarily say it solves things quicker. Your issue may get looked at quicker, but what with there being a limited number of giffgaff agents, having a live chat system could over burden them and slow the help they give down. I'm not saying the current system is perfect mind.
