could not lookin having live chat on there site like this one here (this is my site so you talking to me) would make talking to agents a lot easyer
This has been suggested on the Ideas board several times and is not for giffgaff
Yeah but I'm on about agents only for account related issues only instead of waiting 24 hours for a response
will explain why giffgaff don't think it's for them

Hope you do come up with the next best idea for giffgaff.
I have to be on call for my work looking after the mobile network antenna systems so,Live Chat would be a great advantage for GG,it would probably get problems cured quicker,in the long term a better running network :-)
