I'm sure you'd be part of the Super Recruiter Programme so you would have been paid for your recruits monthly.

They may have it at their discretion to be able to reinstate them as you've been a member for so long. Or were they already rolled over once? Did you collect your payback in June?
They should at least be able to tell you what happened, as this new format seems to have messed up a lot of things.
Rolled over points were finally added earlier this week, so they would be showing now.
The only reason they wouldnt, is if is if they had already rolled over before. (They roll over once, then are lost )
You can update an Agent message for 7 days. After that it's a new case needed I'm afraid.
If you can see the old agent thread but can't reopen it, copy the reference number so that you can quote it in a new question. That way they can look at what was said without you having to explain it all over again.
I too thought that agents had been told not to keep closing cases prematurely, but I guess they don't get paid for cases that aren't marked as solved...
7 day time-out seems a bit too soon, when some issues are expected to take 5 working days for the techies to try to fix.
