Money off for data you don’t use?

This has been suggested a thousand times, it might be a good idea that you choose a gooybag with a smaller data balance, i leave most of my data every month, but no complaints here.

If you could guarantee getting a data connection, then there would be nothing left over. It is not possible to anticipate your usage when you don't know if you are going to get 3g or not.
