Multi sims - emails don't identify which one

I have GG sims for my samsung tablet and each of my 2 Samsung note phones and find it rather frustrating when I receive emails from GG that just use my name when informing me of my usage and suggested best plan to be on. The emails would be much better if either the username or phone number was displayed somewhere instead of merely the Christian name used when initially opening an account. I recently received an email informing me that my debit card was about to expire and I should update my account with the details of replacement card - ..what a faff I found it to be to first discover which sim account GG were referring to. Dear (Username ) or ( Phonenumber) would remove any doubt for those like me, that use multiple sims on multiple devices.

It wouldn't matter to most people and i like that they use my Christian name though i can see how its confusing. Its better to have a different email for each account because if your ever locked out of your account the system doesn't know which account your trying to get back into

The member name and mobile number can be found at the top of most emails giffgaff send out. They are on the black bar, to the right of the giffgaff logo and tag line.

@figment_uk has the correct advice here, they are, indeed, displayed on the black bar at the top of the email. 👍😊.

exactly @figment_uk ive never really had an email without my username showing

do you have all your sims on different cards?

if all on one card then it would need changed on all accounts

Have just checked ... and can't see anything other than my Christian name anywhere on their July usage emails - perhaps other email might differencify but the usage and suggested goodie bag emails sadly don't.

What are you using to view the emails? Do you get emails in plain text or HTML format?

Just using the standard android marshmallow operating system . Clicked on " can't see this email" and was taken to page which also had nothing but Dear John on it. I can assure everyone that my emails from GG informing me of monthly usage and best suggested goodie bags do not display anything other than my Christian name. If I knew how to attach a screen shot on here I'd post it !
