Multiple Family Users

Other networks are offering multiple family sims under one account, but itemised to each sim.  This would be handy for the bill payer and cut down the number of different accounts one has to raise.  It would also allow control of overall spending

giffgaff does the same each sim just needs a username but you can use one lot of bank details and email address. @mickh8142

I know we’re your coming from as other members have been asking for this to happen for a long time.

 

We even have ideas placed in labs for it to be made official, But as of today giffgaff have still not implemented this idea. 

 

All we can do is hope giffgaff decide to do as other networks have done and implement it.

True the idea is very well supported in the Labs, and GiffGaff say they are looking into it, trouble is they have been looking into it for more than a year with little or no sign of progress, which I guess is indicative of their commitment to the idea.

i agree with you. this does sound clearly as not being a priority as they would have made some sort of a commitment, and shared progress on how things had been developing.
