New Structure for the 'Top Tips Guide'

Hi
One of the biggest issue I see that most newbies or potential customers don't actually come to the forum.
If it possible have a clear link from the website with encouragement. Otherwise people like me start using the forum properly after 3 months.

I'm a bit confused. I thought this was the purpose of The Knowledge Base

 

Maintaining a separate system doesn't add up, or has The Knowledge Base been ditched? Either way, having two sources of information to monitor and maintain is not logical.

It was Suppers, but giffgaff are very keen to still have the top tips section remain. And therefore, this post is to provide the most quality content for the top tips section. Even though we have the Knowledge Base, users still actively use this guide as a source of information.
