i think we should have a goody bag where we can pick n mix what we want each month. Each thing (calls, texts, data) would be a certain price for an amount and then we add them to our own goody bag for that month and then pay the total. For instance 1gb of data could be £3 2gb would be £6 and unlimited texts could be £2 and 300 minutes could be a £5 or 600 minutes £8. We then choose which would suit us that month and add it to a goodybag basket to pay total.

prices are a guide lol

This has been suggested before but marked not for giffgaff. There is a mobile network called tello who do offer this though!

This has been floated before and was shot down as not viable for gg you do get a mixture in the present bags

I've noticed a few high voted ideas get said no to. I'm wondering if this is really run by users then how do the high ideas constantly get pushed to the side such as the £5 minimum topup.

Unfortunately the administration of a Pick and Mix Goodybag would be a nightmare, how would you price each individual bag, when you think of the huge number of possible combinations.
It has been put forward many times as an idea, but no interest from giffgaff.

@smoo87 It is a business at the end of the day I guess they have to weigh up what works best for the customer aswell as the business. I totally see where you are coming from though. I use lots of minutes and very little data. If there was a pick and mix type bag I'd reduce the data and crank up the minutes. Smiley Happy

You wouldn't price an individual bag @4128334. You would have set amounts such as 1gb, 2gb etc. 200 mins, 500 mins. 100 texts, 500 texts. Then each item would have its own price which you add to a basket and pay a total at checkout. It's rather simple process a lot of companies use when shopping online

@smoo87
HI,.
Sorry if you think I misunderstood you original post.
However I think that such a scheme is not for giffgaff, they offer a range of goodybags that seem to shut most members.
