Asked twice for sim cards to be sent to my sister who is over from N.Z  neither arrived. Had to go out and buy a Vodafone phone and sim card for her visit. Not to mention the three weeks waiting. Seems to be still winging their way somewhere.Bad Giffgaff.

Sorry to hear this. But did you try to have the SIMs sent to a UK address or to a NZ address as giffgaff don't send SIMs abroad.

Thanks for the apologies everyone. The sims where meant to arrive at a uk address and we both received notification they were on their way winging it. Cheers, I'm still happy with the service i have just hope you fix this glitch so you can keep afloat.

Here's the form to query a SIM delivery failure.

However, there isn't any tracking so reordering is all that can be done after checking that the address is correct. SIMs ordered before 13:00 on a weekday are supposed to go out with Royal Mail the same day first class.

If that is failing for any reason, it may be quicker to post a request on this thread.

The SIM will be affiliated to another member and not yourself, though.

It seems more likely to be down to the Royal Mail, giffgaff would normally be very keen to attract new members.

Sorry this happened to you on this occasion, it does seem to be a rarity. I would say the problem may be with Royal Mail as their services do often seem to be somewhat lacking and First Class no longer living up to its name!
