Hiya everyone Just tried to reply to a pm and got You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later. Well it's not something I really use a lot so it's a little odd ? Is anyone else experiencing this ?

These PM issues have been going on for a few months now @kathleen414 and here's the Service Issue Thread about it, and I don't expect it to be fixed until we switch over to Vanilla.

They keep sending before I’ve written anything for me
Sometimes they tell me the user name doesn’t exist too

Let’s hope the new forum is better ... after all lithium aren’t going to bother fixing anything are they ?

I have had both of those but It was last week and it's seems to be ok now , but I will try sending one now to check

Hiya David thank you received and replied worked ok to you and Bluemoonbaz @bluemoonbaz @davidevans0000 But when I try to compose one it now says Enter a user in the "Send to" field. Private Messages *Send to *Message Subject Message Body Even though I have entered a user 😩

Mine is fine when it works. Have sent you one. 

 

Sometimes it doesnt work at all and get the “safari can’t open this page. Too many redirects” error message. Have to then clear cache and cookies to be able to log back in. 

 

Too many little issues here and there and it’s probably save to say we are on our own or lithium are going to take their time to fix or not. 

 

At least the forum to help members have been ok’ish so far this holz.

More often than not, when attempting a PM reply, the page goes into meltdown and decides to return to the inbox PM list, so you end up having to reopen the PM then reclick the reply button and wait for the reply page to reload.

 

Less dedicated users of other platforms would just give up.

 

I haven't seen the reached limit alert just yet.

Hiya Jay @jaymailsays It now seems to let me reply to a pm Thank you @persco @bluemoonbaz @davidevans0000 it's why I love giffgaff when you have a problem someone is all ways ready to help . But now when try to compose one It does not give me a window to add a username.. I think lithium has took a dislike to me 😄 or it's removed a few more features from old phone
