sorry to hear that you feel this way

GG oprate in a market and they have to offer a service that meets needs of as many people as possible whilst making a profit. Altough GG try, they can not offer a service that meets everyones needs.

if you find that you have an offer from another network, then there is no obligation for you to stay. you can leave and take your number with you- its a pretty straight forward process without any pain or problems involved.

GG offers no extra for customer loyalty, just like it doesn't expect or obliges us to stay with it for a set period of time- it doesn't offer contracts because it believes you are free to stay, or go as and when you feel you want to.

over the years GG constantly reviewed its bags to make then competitive and relevant to customer needs. some of the bags now give more value than they did two, three of five years ago so some people have no doubt are benefiting from the changes. sorry to hear that you are not one of them.

If my answer resolved your query then please mark it as a ' solution '. Thank you!

My goodybag hasnt changed in price for over seven years, so its all good here.... the goodybag ethics are easy to understand, if you are a high user of giffgaff services then that needs to be paid for, the more you use then it obviously going to cost more, if your goodybag was still set at a lower price then everybody would buy it, so prices need to be balanced accordingly otherwise it would be fair on the lower amount users alike, most folk want alot more for nothing, so its a good job giffgaff do charge a higher price for those who enjoy large amounts or data....
