Reduce the minimum top up to £5

@jaymailsays It wouldn’t necessarily just sit there. For example if somebody currently has £7.00 credit, that would be sat there. If the user who needs a £12 goody bag was able to top up with £5 then they can use the credit balance to purchase the goody bag. 

 

Bit as mamy of the response’s have stated it’s unlikely to happen regardless of which way you look at it.

Adding only £10 credit and buying a £12 goodybag reduces the historic £7 credit to £5 and next time to £3 and so on.

giffgaff do allow the £5 purchase of a goodybag that expires after a month I've used this service a few times too

why cant giffgaff do this i mean whats stopping them allowing someone to top up a fiver im sure years ago you could top up a fiver so why not now and can you top up a fiver via bank card ?

A fiver top up would encourage members to top up a little
