A good morning thread? A good night thread?

How about a good afternoon thread and a good evening thread?

Where will it stop?

It’s ok @pault1974 there’s already a wonderful day thread which covers the daytime bases

You don't need a new goodnight thread. There is already a thread for everyone to say good morning and good night, you just need everyone to use it, and all the threads that are started to be merged into it straight away.

Great idea, this should be enforced. Why not put it down as an idea in the idea thread part?

I think that is a great idea @claire1uk - perhaps have a "daily check-in" thread, for people to post how their day is going, saying good morning, goodnight, etc.?
