Sorry if I am becoming a pest now but does anyone think that there should be the option to pause a goody bag somewhere?

No -it's clear that this is a one month package - so if that's not what you want simply don't buy it.

The same "non-problem" exists if you have a contract - as far as I am aware there is no network that allows you to "pause" a contract.

If you want to "pause" your payments then you Pay As You Go - but then you pay higher pro-rata usage costs. You can't have both package (or contract) usage rates AND pay only when you use the phone - you have to decide which is better for you.

No.  People would abuse the the option and just pause their goodybag when they know they don't need to use their mobile.

You pay for a month you get a month (unless you decide to start a new goodybag early).
