Giffgaff has emailed me to say “sorry” about on 6th December 2018 of data & network loss. So they have contacted me to ask to me two options:

 

option 1: free mobile credit or

option 2: charity donation

 

so ive chooses mobile credit as I’m going abroad soon next year & I’m already using the NHS Charity Heart Foundation Charity From my account

 

this is why I’m here to say: I love you giffgaff, simply The Best network in the uk. Love you guys. I’ve Beem Using you Since 2010 (8 years now non-stop) never ever leaving giffgaff #giffgaffforever

Even I’ve My Mum, My Sister, My Brothers & Most Of My Friends Are Now On Giffgaff. They Said it’s The Best Ever Network Ever in The UK & it’s a Fact. Love it

I'm really surprised to see you say that because recently you posted:

I’ve cancelled my hospital appointments, my work & everything due to network has completely crashed.. I want some compensation from giffgaff. This is an outrage from 02, giffgaff, Tesco mobile & Lycamobile. Get this fixed now ASAP 

 

Didn't sound like you were too happy then and there have been a few unhappy posts in the 5 years you have been a member..

This only happened once, because On that day I was expecting calls from my family, and doctors. So anyway it’s was only an small glitch from the newtwork. I’m always loving giffgaff & will carry on to stay with them the rest of my life. Love it
