Sims not received

Ordered new sims on line on Saturday 30th July and still not received any sims as at 6th August, although I had confirmation on 1st August that my order was being dealth with.

 

The two friends I had ordered them for are now both going to another provider due to the delay.

 

Not a very good advert for trying to grow the community

Hi Keith, sorry to hear this. They should arrive within 2-3 working days.

I suggest you order some now in advance of anyone needing them.

SIMs are sent out first class and should take no more than 3 working days to arrive. Please double check your address details are correct under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details . If your details are fine then i suggest you either order some more as sometimes they might get list in the post or raise this with a giffgaff agent to investigate. A giffgaff agent can be contacted by simply following this link https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/sim_not_received please be aware giffgaff agents deal with a lot of queries and can take up two 24 hours to reply to your question.

You can find when an agent has replied in the "Messages From Agents" section on your "My Giffgaff" page or you can access the page by following this link https://giffgaff.com/support/questions

I too ordered sims on the 27th July. SIMS shipped notification on 1st August, but nothing has arrived. Seems like GiffGaff have a bit of a problem with their fulfillment partner!

There was also a thread in the Service board about SIMs that were delivered but didn't work. (System problem, not damaged.)
