THREE to Giffgaff. Going back to THREE

Been on giffgaff for over a month now.  CHanged from THREE just because it was cheaper on pay as you go. £10 on THREE got you only 1G data on giffgaff it’s 3G

but I’ll pay the extra as I’m going back to THREE the network has been terrible. Constantly dropping calls. Internet is crazzzzy slow. 

Move use the sim in my iPhone 6s. An iPhone 8 too. All phones updated and no problems like this on THREE. 

 

And havig to wait forvee for an agent to reply. A better way to communicate to agents is what they need. If cutting costs means better experience.... I wonder where the money is going. Because neither coverage/ speed and customer service is good. 

 

I had NO problems with THREE just the fact it was a little More expensive. That’s it. 

 

Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

Oh another thing Giffgaff should be aware of. Every time I click the contact an agent. It routes me back to the welcome page. Very frustrating. I’ve tried clicking the contact page through google search results. Then again through my app. And again on a browser directly. Always always directs me back to the giffgaff home page.

Hi @komib94 When it does that, click on the icon on top right that says “My giffgaff” and then log in (if you are not logged in). Then scroll down. You will find “messages” then “From Agents”. You will see a message that says “visit our support page”, click on that to raise a ticket

That's disappointing to read, signals do vary alot so guess your O2 signal isn't great?

Hello like all networks signal is not always great in certain areas . 

We have a spare 3 network sim that we use in certain areas where giffgaff is bad yet where we live 3 network data won’t load 

you have to do what’s best for you
