Iv been with giffgaff almost 8 years now and iv enjoyed every minuit of it here.
Thursdays problem was unavoidable and i think giffgaff responded very well the next day and has offered us compensation which i will not take advantage of.
I think we are all treated well by giffgaff with our great bundels payback and many other thing they do for us.
If any of you guys are thinking of leaving becos of Thursdays problem then please google outages for the company your thinking of joining and they all have them .

So glad that giffgaff have saved you thousands of ponds over the years.
Didnt affect me as i dont use data, but agree its not giffgaffs fault, never had any problems here in 3 years... So no compensation for me please.
