I agree with others too. The more choices the better really but where does it end. They might as well give members the power to mix and match if the systems can cope.

How does too much choice affect you? Surely everyone just buys which ever goodybag they need and giff gaff always recommend a lower/higher tariff based on your activity. My purchases vary from month to month , I love the flexibilty personally.

Theres no harm in having more options theres lots of different people out there with different needs, i simply stick to the one goodybag that has all i require and if i ever need more then i have the option of it, its easy enough to choose one from more options than if there were not enough. I personally use the £7.50 goodybag and that lasts me the full month so no complaints from me Smiley Happy

honestly, don't think that 7 goodybags is too many, or even too confusing at all..

loads of other major mobile networks easily have more than 15-20 plans.. and that is only accounting for sim only plans..

if the offering is too narrow.. i think giffgaff will lose out on many potential customers..

mix and match.... how about reduce the PAYG rates for those needing flexibility? might be simpler for the "systems"
Not necessarily to 3-2-1 offering, but certainly needs reducing to keep up with competition. Come on giffgaff, great work with extra data on goodybags, lets work on those PAYG rates now.
