As unlimited is not possible it is no more believable than talking animals used in advertising. It is just advertising fluff.

The goodybags last a calender month, not 30 days -   eg from 27th of February to 26th March.

Because February only has 28 days, then your last goodybag would have been shorter than normal.

But in July for example the goodybag would run from 27th of July to 26th August - 31 days.

On average a goodybag will last 30 days, but it varys depending on the number of days in a month.

If your goodybag said it should have expired on the 27/03 and has expired early then that is a different matter and you should be contacting an agent about it not ofcom.

Yes, remember that 12 x calendar months last longer than 12 x 30 days, so it's actually better value this way.

Well guff gaff iv popped into my local 02 shop and been advised to that I can pay 15 pound to unlock my phone . So I will be leaving this company very soon which is a shame as i am a new customer. I will be moving over to three the mobile network provider with faster Internet than this . I was with 3 for over five years and never ever had any problems like this . As for you claimin our data lasts 30 days that's yet again another lie you cut me off on day 29 !!!!!!!! What a total rip off I am also going to contact ofcom about this matter . And tbh if I have a problem with my provider I would rather speak to some one over the phone than sending emails about it , And yes you say you have unlimited data but I have never recieved **bleep**ty emails from three saying illegitimate usage or threats to be cut off
