It's not being pedantic. This is simple information that should be readily comprehensible.
Incorrect labelling & misleading presentation of usage & allowances generally is a known problem with giffgaff. But they seem unable or unwilling to do anything about it.

Dial *100*1# for your free calls expiry date.
Dial *100*5# to see your remaining text balance (Applies only to Hokey Cokey goodybag which has 300 inclusive texts )
