@alex_app I’m a bit late to the discussion … several months late, to be precise … but I hope my input to the survey is still useful … and that your new baby is being more settled by now ! ! … 

 

I would use the app if I could manage to remember my AppleID password … one of the complications of being dyslexic … but maybe I can help even without ‘hands-on’ because one of blessings of dyslexia has to do with ‘patterning’ and ‘logical progression’ … I help in KB editors group and have in other groups as well …

Hi Is the mobile app fixed yet? Its been sometime now and its getting very inconvenient for me. The fix is taking too long......

I have been trying for ages now to contribute and have been dying to tryout the new app.

Unfortunately, I am still unable to comment or reply.

I am confused as to why I cannot give my ideas, and ask advice about the new app.

ARRRGGHH, everytime I post I receive a message stating that I need to correct highlighted areas..(which there are none of).😵
And, I have flooded or something similar to the latter.
Nor am I allowed to post, reply or comment at all on the new thread about the new app.

So I got an update on my giffgaff app, I was excited that it may now show the +1GB data.... Can't see any changes (so only bug fixes). 😢😕

Good news @alex_app I noticed at the weekend WiFi extra started working, for me at least. Even though I cannot sign into the existing app.

Hi @jaymailsays ,@ma2013, @kal_888 please try updating the app and let me know if it's now working. Also the extra GB should show up as soon as it kicks in (but not until you run out of regular data allowance). Not the perfect solution, but better than it was before and it didn't slow us down on the new app too much.
