In her last but one post she said that she told the agent that £20 airtime credit is of no use to her. Her last post confirms they've given her a £20 refund instead because of the " extenuating circumstances".
Can you confirm that you received the £20 refund instead of the airtime credit, or did you receive the £20 credit plus a £20 refund?
@natty_noo for you to ask somebody that's maybe left giffgaff this means you are not 100% sure what the member got.
And they couldn't have 'left giffgaff' if they were never with them in the first place, hence NOT wanting £20 airtime credit.
@natty_noo if giffgaff offered the £20 credit then they must have had an active sim card as she said in one of her replies something to keep her on giffgaff.
