Is Giffgaff trying to con or rig the market.

I had £9.82 for my next top up, so I needed 18 for the next month package but I had to top up with £10. So now it's £19.82 in credit, it seems like it will always be £9.82 in credit. As I can't credit it with 18 p to give me.
So I am feeling conned and cheated by giffgaff unfair policies that would not allow you to top up what's necessary for you, but force you to top up what's good for them and their shareholders.

If you add £15 credit next time (making your balance £24.82) and use it for your next two goodybags, you will reduce that figure to £4.82

I do not work for giffgaff, so cannot check anything on your account. This is a public community - please do not post any personal info.

Hi @tuvok2 there's no technical reason why giffgaff can't offer a £5 top up. Lycamobile run on the O2 network too and they offer a £5 top up.

This idea is the single most popular idea on labs with 5351 votes to date. Giffgaff marked it as "Not for us" some time ago but if people keep voting for it, you never know, maybe they will change their minds.

You can vote for it here,£5?sort=prompt&filter=all
