giffgaff and Skype - looks like it's not just giffgaff, it's O2 (possible Net Neutrality breach?)

@k89bpa it still works! Hopefully, it'll stay that way.

I'd be really surprised if in our pillar-to-post not-my-department turn-it-off-and-on culture someone actually did investigate a customer complaint and applied a fix. O2, for instance, threw a copypasted reply in my face without (I'm pretty sure) even caring to read my email to them.

But maybe I'm just cynical Smiley Happy

It's a lot easier for any company to initially ignore or deny the problem and fix it quietly than to admit it @glaswegianeric.

I'm not saying that this is the case here, just saying that doing things that way does usually avoid a kerfuffle of disgruntled customers.
