Hello guys,

Im posting this because of the issue we had to bear with the 6th of December. Ive missed lots of calls for interviews and so good opportunity for a new better job. I was going to change operatoe but I changed my mind at slme point because giffgaff sent me a mail about a refund and thought they were actually sorry for whay happened. Today I still didn't hear from them and no refunds. would like to know about ur experience as Im seriously thinking of changing operator.

Good Evening
giffgaff made a goodwill sum of 90p to cover the 24hrs giff was off line.
It made one million pounds availible and gave a choice of taking credit or donate to Charity.
The sum of 90p represents one day cost of the Always On Goodybag.
The period of reimbursement is now expired.
The outage was caused by a software issue at Ericsson of Sweden and giff had no control over the consequences, under the conditions in T&C's giffgaff were under no obligation to make compensation.

Ive asked to be refunded the same day they sent me the email fallowing the instructions and links they provided and I have a proof of that.
