Hi, How about adding an option to voice mail whereby you could hit a key (eg the # key) and your phone would automatically call back the caller that left the voice mail? It's an option that Orange/EE provided when I had a contract with them before coming to GIFFGAFF, it was very convenient and saved a lot of faffing around. Any chance of the developers adding that??

As with so many things, I wonder what the cost implications of such a change would be.

That is a top idea that I never even think about that that is that's one of the best ideas I've seen up to now but I want to know what happens with this

@giffgaff20147

I imagine the real intention of the suggestion would be to call the person whose voicemail you last listened to.

There would be less benefit in adding a special function to call the last incoming caller. That's something that most phones can already do via the call log. Doing it that way also has the added advantage that the call log would show the caller as "unknown" so you could consider whether you really wanted to do the callback,

if you listened to call first then yes the feature would be good to just call back
