I heard that service problem is software related - am I being neurotic about thinking its a hack? Well i have deleted my method of payment.

@richardtea ive not been able to call text or use mobile data since last night.  Glad i dont have any payment method saved on my account.

Hi

It's a data transmission issue outside of giffgaffs control.

Apparently it's a world wide issue caused by some sort of software glitch.

So I think you personal details registered with giffgaff are as safe as they have always been.
